Feb. 21: Breakfast


Woke up late so breakfast was on the run (see what happens when I decide I'm too tired for an early morning gym trip and ignore getting up an hour later to work out at home?)

Starbucks Egg White/Spinach/Feta wrap: 7 points+
Starbucks Tall Soy Latte: 2 points+
Banana: 0 points+
Total: 9 points+

Technically my doctor told me to avoid dairy but I can't resist the Starbucks wrap. Plus, given that there's cheese in just about every fast breakfast option around here, I think what matters more is that I went with healthy (also artificial sweeteners are giving me more trouble than a small amount of dairy).
